Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Transportation between Broski Tours and Hòfi Mango is not included. Hòfi Mango is approximately a 5-minute drive from Broski Tours. After your Jet Ski Adventure, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to Hòfi Mango. Please make sure you arrive on time for your scheduled Zipline Adventure.

  • Yes. The information provided by Hòfi Mango lists restrictions including pregnancy, certain recent injuries or surgeries, limited use of arms or legs, epilepsy/seizure disorders, and some other medical conditions. Guests with back problems, heart disease or other relevant medical conditions are advised to consult their healthcare provider before participating.
  • Yes. All Zipline participants, regardless of age, must complete and sign the required waiver before participating.
  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. I would explicitly mention this because tourists may arrive for the Jet Ski in sandals or flip-flops and then discover they cannot do the Zipline.
  • Participants must be at least 8 years old, at least 120 cm (4 ft) tall, weigh at least 25 kg (50 lb) and no more than 113 kg (250 lb).
  • Your Zipline time depends on the Jet Ski time you select. A 11:00 AM Jet Ski booking is followed by an 1:30 PM Zipline, while a 12:30 PM Jet Ski booking is followed by a 2:30 PM Zipline. Your exact schedule will also be included in your booking confirmation.
  • The Zipline Adventure takes place at Hòfi Mango Park. After completing your Jet Ski Adventure with Broski Tours at Playa Santa Cruz, you will travel to Hòfi Mango for your scheduled Zipline experience.

No, you do not need a driver’s license to operate a jet ski. We provide a comprehensive safety briefing and instructions before your tour to ensure you are comfortable and confident on the water. All necessary safety gear and guidance will be provided.

We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and water-resistant footwear. Sunglasses with a strap and a waterproof camera are also great to have. We provide life jackets and safety gear, but you may bring your own if you prefer. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID for check-in.

Yes, Participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a jet ski.
Children aged 6 years and older are welcome as passengers, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
The maximum combined weight per jet ski is 450 lbs (204 kg).

Safety is our top priority, and these rules are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

If you need to cancel your tour, we will first try to reschedule it to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, the following cancellation policy applies:

•More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.

•Within 7 days of the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

•Within 24 hours of the tour date: No refunds will be issued.

Safety is our priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe for the tour, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, we will offer a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely to ensure the best experience for our guests.
