Are the jet ski tours private or shared with others?
All of our jet ski tours are completely private, designed exclusively for you and your group. This allows you to enjoy a personalized experience, exploring at your own pace and making unforgettable memories together.
Do I need a driver’s license to operate a jet ski?
No, you do not need a driver’s license to operate a jet ski. We provide a comprehensive safety briefing and instructions before your tour to ensure you are comfortable and confident on the water. All necessary safety gear and guidance will be provided.
What do I need to bring for the jet ski tour?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and water-resistant footwear. Sunglasses with a strap and a waterproof camera are also great to have. We provide life jackets and safety gear, but you may bring your own if you prefer. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID for check-in.
Is there an age or weight limit for participating in the jet ski tour?
Yes, participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a jet ski. Riders as young as 6 years old can join as passengers, accompanied by an adult. The maximum weight limit for a single jet ski is 450 lbs (204 kg). Safety is our top priority, so we strictly adhere to these guidelines.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel your tour, we will first try to reschedule it to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, the following cancellation policy applies:
•More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
•Within 7 days of the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
•Within 24 hours of the tour date: No refunds will be issued.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my booking?
Safety is our priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe for the tour, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, we will offer a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely to ensure the best experience for our guests.
